Discovery / Beginning
We begin with a hands-on lot walk with Adam and/or Andy to evaluate the property and ensure it’s the right fit for your budget, vision, and lifestyle. This is where inspiration becomes intention, shaping both the design and build direction. We take time to understand how you live, what you value, and how you want your home to feel. Andy and Phoebe then lead the planning and development phase, guiding you through design, contract preparation, financing and permitting.
Co‑Creative Design Planning
In collaboration with you and exclusive architects, engineers, designers, landscapers, and subcontractors, we begin shaping your home’s design. Our build team stays engaged throughout the design phase, ensuring your vision is not only honored but elevated, and that the final result is delivered with clarity and excellence.
Pre‑Construction Coordination
Phoebe takes the lead on pre-construction scheduling and coordination, managing permitting and timelines with precision. Every trade partner is brought in at the right time, and every detail is accounted for, so you can enjoy the process without the stress of managing it.
Permit is Ready -Ground‑Up Building
Adam oversees the build on-site with expert leadership and problem-solving skill. His day-to-day care ensures things run smoothly and efficiently. Cally leads your interior and exterior selections with soulful, intentional guidance, making sure timelines are met and your vision is carried through phase by phase. Throughout the build, we maintain open and consistent communication.
Aftercare & Lasting Relationships
Our commitment doesn’t end at move-in. We’re here long after completion, answering questions, supporting maintenance, and remaining a trusted partner through the seasons ahead. At Hamman Custom Homes, the relationship matters just as much as the home.
